Are you an avid reader of those sexy stories that DO bring you closer to your partner because you read together? I'm guessing that over 50% of you actually perform some of those naughty scenes right in your own bedroom! I'll also go a step further and guess that over 95% of the other 50% of readers wish they could approach their partner to act out the scenes they read about!
Before we go further, reading erotica should be something that can bring you and your partner closer together. I'd love to think that both of you read - it's not fun if only one of you do. If your partner doesn't read, why don't they enjoy reading sexy stories? Can you change their mind? Maybe they think enjoying sex is not part of the deal. That in itself is sad so try to change their perspective toward erotica. It should be something that pulls you closer to each other.
Moving on...I want to talk about that last 50% - what is holding you back from approaching your partner to act out some of those sexy scenes? You don't have to start full force into leather straps, bondage gear and gags. Start with a simple act of deprivation - think blind fold here which is one of my favorites. By not being able to see what your partner is about to do to you raises your arousal meter 100%! I knoooow! We all love to have our meters raised!
Keeping your libido in high gear when your partner is around also keeps the blood circulating, which is good for the heart, so we're also helping ourselves stay healthy!
