Lucian Carter and erotic romance New Release w/Contest!

 Lucian Carter
Erotic Romance

Tonya:  I want to welcome Lucian and introduce the author to you. Grab your coffee and learn about his books. Lucian, readers love to know more about their authors so please tell us a bit about yourself.
Lucian:  Let’s see, I’m Canadian, bisexual and a proud mental illness survivor.
Tonya:  Do you have a day job?
Lucian:  At this time I am on a disability allowance.
Tonya:  Some of us have things we do to get into the writing frame of mind like music, or drinks. Do you have anything special you do to get into the writing mood?
Lucian:  No special rituals I can think of.
Tonya:  Where do you keep story ideas? Where do they come from?
Lucian:  My head swims with ideas. But sometimes I use true life events as a basis for my erotica.
Tonya:  If you’re self-published, can you tell us a bit about that and how it’s going for you?
Lucian:  It’s rough. Being a self-published writer is more work than I can handle a lot of the time. Being a writer is easy. Being an author is hard.
Tonya:  Are you a daytime writer, night time writer, and do you have to be alone to write?
Lucian:  I can write at most points of the day, but I lean towards night. I have written in workshops and while chatting online.
Tonya:  What advice would you give to new authors?
Lucian:  Keep writing, no matter how many copies you sell. As long as you can afford a book cover and the occasional ad you can get by self-publishing fairly cheap thanks to Amazon and Smashwords. If you have a lot of books, people may pick up more than one when they first discover you. If you have no books on sale at all, guess how many sales you will make?
Tonya:  Do you write better when you first have an idea of what your characters look like or do you write, then add character looks?
Lucian:  I often pretend I am writing a movie and cast it with actors I’d like to see play the parts.
Tonya:  What attracts you most about men?
Lucian:  Well, I like men and women. Especially open minded ones.
Tonya:  We’re dying to hear about your latest book. What can you tell us without spoiling the storyline?
Lucian:  I’ve been writing shorts in a couple of series lately. The “Adventures in #coverthypnotism” series are accounts of real life online trance sessions I’ve participated in as a hypnotist (so far at least); “Flashes of Control” are collections of erotic falsh fiction and poetry. The “Hypnotic Billy” series was also originally published as a serial and I may collect these series into collections as well.
Tonya:  Where can our readers find you and your books?
Lucian:  Amazon is the best place to look for my work, both erotic and non.
Tonya:  Is there anything else you want to tell our readers?
Lucian:  I may owe some of my success to 50 Shades of Grey, but the writing is so bad I couldn’t bring myself to read it.
Tonya:  What is your favorite night time snack?
Lucian:  Potato chips and cheese
Tonya:  Do you like toppings on your ice cream?
Lucian: Usually no
Tonya:  What’s your favorite meal - Italian, Mexican, Thai, etc?
Lucian:  Grilled cheese!

“Hypnotic Billy: The Complete Collection”

Excerpt:
I’ll admit it. I was a schmuck. I was awkward and shy around women. And it’s not that I was unattractive. In fact, I’m pretty cute and in decent shape. I’ve received compliments on my hair. But when it came to romance, I was a mess. I had only been with one woman and I had to get so drunk to get up the nerve the sex itself was a mess.
That all changed when I visited my grandfather in the hospital. I had overheard mom and dad whispering that he might not be with us much longer so I wanted to see him in case I never got another chance.
“Billy” he said to me as he lay in the hospital bed. “I’m going to change your life.” I had always liked my grandfather and he liked me as well. Little did I know about his secret life. My grandfather, he revealed, was a master hypnotist. He explained to me how his father had given him a book and an old pocket watch when he was about my age, 20, and he had used that book to fulfill his wildest sexual fantasies even into his 80s.
“Viagra is a wonderful invention.” He said with a smile. “But now I want to pass this on to you. Read the book and give it a try. Just remember you need to be confident. Confidence is the key.”
I asked him if I could really make women do anything I wanted. He explained that hypnosis was not really mind control. It wouldn’t make people do anything they really didn’t want to do. But many people have secret desires and it could unlock those. It could make people want to do what you wanted them to if you knew how to use it. I was skeptical at first but he seemed so serious I found myself believing him. If I hadn’t I might never have read the book. Instead I started it that night and read it cover to cover in one reading, over twenty straight hours stopping only occasionally to eat and take care of other urgent physical needs.

Bio:  Lucian Carter is a short fiction writer with works spanning comedy, supernatural and hot steamy erotica.

What's Erotic to YOU?

Four-Poster Beds?

Yes, four-poster beds are erotic and I know I'm not the only person who thinks that. Besides being a beautiful piece of furniture, they serve several purposes and sleeping is only one of them. Perhaps that's part of what's wrong with the world these days. We don't spend enough time in bed, or relaxing for that matter. Our world is one of instant gratification in more ways than one. Sex and pleasure need to be done in a slow fashion so all parties are equally satisfied. If you disagree with that, you should stop reading now. This site isn't what you're looking for.
Relax, take your time, give purpose to the pleasure you're giving your partner. Stop this need for receiving something instantly. Take time to relax, enjoy the pleasure and how you're being served. The body needs to work it's way to the warm-up level. We aren't instantly HOT....if you are, please leave a comment so we can all learn how that happens in an instant. I, for one, don't want to be instantly HOT because most of the pleasure is derived in the journey of getting to that point.
Are four-poster beds erotic to you? They create an image in my mind that many people also envision and it involves all four posts. Leather and wood just go hand in hand, don't you agree? Or do I have the wrong image of a four-poster bed? Being spread out on that bed to entice your partner to come join you and relax is something more people need to take part in. Life is moving too fast in the world these days. The experience of sex should never be quick and instantaneous. I doubt you'd find many who would join you in a wam-bam-thank-you-ma'am type of foreplay.
Things I find erotic are stilettos, soft leather, doe skin floggers, a bead of moisture slowly running down the side of a glass....or perhaps the side of one's face....mmmm. Being restrained could cause that...or nipple clamps, something else not used much anymore. At least no one discusses them. Should we take a vote? Click the LIKE button at the bottom if you've used them. I'm curious. I'd love to read comments on what YOU find erotic. So would our readers. Come on, you can do it. Leave your comment anonymous if you choose.
Thank you for stopping by and do please use the share buttons at the bottom. I can't wait to read these!

Love in the Arms of Another Woman...

Dreams Do Come True
by Tonya Kinzer

Sandi knew she enjoyed making love with men, but too often got burned by them in life when they turned on her...or away from her. Her only exception to those men was her photographer, Daniel, and she ended that before she got hurt again. Daniel understood her 'why', but deep down, he continues to hope he can change her mind. Through her modeling, Sandi got close to many women and those relationships never treated her like a man's relationship had. Women treated each other differently and cared more about loving when things got real. And the hell with what public attitude was about lesbians and gays. She just wanted to be happy for a change.
Her roommate for the past year continually got treated bad by one boyfriend after another and Sandi found that, in the end, Kiera always came to her for comfort. This last time, she hoped she would be able to convince Kiera that she didn't have to accept being treated like a doormat, nor be some guy's punching bag. Sandi's heart ached to make her understand that a new relationship with a woman would be like no other she'd ever been in.
Are YOU currently in the wrong relationship? Have you considered that perhaps getting involved with another woman, (or if you're male, another man) would heal your heart like no other? If you're on that edge of determination, I hope you grab a copy of 'Dreams' to see how Sandi teaches Kiera the loving aspects of a good relationship.
I'm working on book two that continues the relationship between Sandi and Kiera, but opens 'New Horizons' for them. New romances come into play and each has to make a choice, but will it be the right one? Thank you for stopping in and please leave comments for others to respond so we can chat.

News about 'Through His Lens' LGBTQ series!

'Through His Lens'

For those who love these story lines, I have bad, yet good news to share. Book one, Dreams Do Come True, was published via BookTrope. A few weeks ago, they notified all the authors that the company was closing...but all rights would be reverted back to authors so we can republish the titles if we wish to self-pub or seek other publishers. I will be self-publishing the title and put it back in my stable of books!! As of June 1, this will become possible and I'll let my readers know via my newsletter when and where they can purchase the new copies.
Currently book one is e-book only. I've not decided yet whether it should go into paperback. It would be small, but I've not given up on doing that. Leave a comment below, yea or nay, whether the paperback should be available.
Book Two, New Horizons, should be out this summer, no release date yet. I'm working on several books at the moment that are among my other two series. If you're interested in more news about my books or other author info, do sign up for my newsletter and be the first to hear. You'll also get contest info that isn't released for the public, only for my newsletter subscribers. If you're a subscriber, thank you so much. If not, I'd love to see you added to the list. Thank you all for stilling reading my books and welcome to all of my NEW readers. Each book is like stepping out to party with your friends who love kink!

New Release by Elodie Parkes - Heart in Chains! MM Romance

Heart in Chains, Elodie Parkes
Encompass Ink, April 23, 2016 release
MM erotic romance/ suspense

I so enjoyed writing ‘Heart in Chains’. I’d just written, MM romance, ‘A Forever Kind of Thing’ for an Encompass Ink anthology to be released later this year and I was still in MM story writing mode.
Connor and Jay my heroes just gelled in my mind immediately as I considered the kind of adventure Connor might have on vacation in an exotic place such as Indonesia. Jay is a mysterious character, tough, driven, but on the verge of changing his dangerous life when he meets Connor. Connor is still getting over a relationship break up, but it’s been long enough and he’s tired of being single. His former boyfriend’s betrayal stays with him, but as soon as he sees Jay, attraction is seeded in his heart.
These two characters are dear to me. Tenderness lies beneath Jay’s composed and tough exterior and courage lies beneath Connor’s sexual vulnerability. I think both will surprise you as you read their story.

When Connor Douglas takes a tropical island holiday, he hopes to leave heartbreak behind. Little does he know the extent of the danger and sexual temptation that awaits him.
Long after Jay Levesque has closed down his operations on the very same tropical island, the memory of Connor haunts him.
Warm nights and scorching sex has someone’s heart in chains.

Read a teaser:
Darkness was falling as Jay arrived back with another man. They carried a tray each and the other man carried a stool. The other man left, but Jay smiled at Connor as he waited by the bed. Jay flipped a switch on the wall by the door and lit the place. Light streamed downward from the little white coolie-hat shade.

“Come, let’s eat.” He indicated the chair and sat on the stool himself.

Connor dragged his chain as he went to the table. He sat and took the cover off the plate of food. It looked good and the fish was already cut up, which was great since there was no knife, only a fork by his plate. He didn’t expect to be hungry, but after tasting the food, he ate almost all of it before he put down his fork and gave a sigh.

Jay ate slowly. When Connor stopped eating so did he and he placed his fork on the tray.
“It’s good to see you eat. Kiku, the man who brought the food with me, is going to bring coffee. Tell me about yourself.”

Connor turned to face Jay. He felt better after eating. “I don’t get it. Why do you want to know? Why are you being kind?”

Jay frowned. “There’s no need not to be kind. Humor me. Tell me a little about yourself.”

Connor shrugged. “I’m a marine biologist. I’m on vacation. I needed something completely different in my life for a time. These islands seemed like a good idea, far away, warm, beautiful, and …” He stopped talking. What’s the point in this?

Jay pushed his dark hair back from his forehead and folded his arms. He smiled.
“Far away. From what, Connor? A love affair gone wrong I think.”

Connor looked down at the remains of his food in confusion. Did he really want to tell his captor about his heartbreak?
“Not that it’s anything to do with you, but yes … I guess.”

Before Connor could react or even know what was happening, Jay reached out a hand and slipped it around Connor’s head. He swooped on Connor’s mouth and kissed him.

The kiss was so unexpected and yet so delicious, Connor closed his eyes and let it happen. He drifted in the soft merge of Jay’s lips on his. The lingering pressure and the way Jay brought his other hand up to caress the back of Connor’s neck was addictive. Connor leaned into the embrace. His cock hardened. Tingles from the circle of Jay’s fingertips on his neck spread down his spine and made his ass feel melted. Thoughts left him. The only thing that mattered right then was the kiss, and he lifted his hands to hold Jay’s muscled shoulders and kiss him in return.

It was Jay who drew away from the kiss.

Connor leaned back in his chair then, shocked at his response.
